By using financecup.fcnoise.com or registering a team for the CFL Finance Cup, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. The service
FCnoise LLC ("we," "us") operates the Corporate Fútbol League (CFL) and its industry editions, including the Finance Cup. This website is a registration and information channel for the 2026 Finance Cup edition.
2. Eligibility
- Captains must be 18 years or older
- The CFL Finance Cup is open to teams primarily composed of employees of financial-industry firms operating in or near Miami
- Up to 3 free agents from outside the captain's firm are allowed per team
- FCnoise reserves the right to accept or decline rosters that do not fit the community spirit of the league
3. Registration and payment
- Team registration is confirmed when the registration fee is paid in full
- Accepted payment methods: ACH, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Business Zelle
- Early-bird pricing is available until June 19, 2026; standard pricing applies after
- An installment plan (2 payments) is available with signed credit card authorization
- Invoices are issued under sponsorship classification, suitable for marketing-expense treatment by your firm's accounting team. Verify deductibility with your own tax advisor.
4. Refund policy
- Before June 19, 2026: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
- June 19 – July 31, 2026: 50% refund
- After July 31, 2026: No refund (kickoff is August 8)
- FCnoise may issue full refunds at its discretion if a team is unable to participate due to FCnoise scheduling changes
5. Code of conduct
The CFL community runs on three values: respect, decency, and network. We reserve the right to remove any player, captain, or team that violates this code through unsporting behavior, harassment, discrimination, or actions that damage the community spirit. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
6. Health, safety, and liability
- Players play at their own risk. Fútbol is a contact sport and injuries can occur.
- By participating, players acknowledge they are physically able to play and have consulted a physician if they have any health concerns.
- Captains are responsible for confirming each player on their roster has consented to participate and assume their share of risk.
- FCnoise carries general liability insurance for events but does not provide medical insurance for players.
- Players should carry their own health insurance.
7. Content and media
By participating in CFL matches, you grant FCnoise the right to record, photograph, and use match footage and images of you for promotional purposes (social media, website, future season marketing). If you do not consent, notify info@fcnoise.com in writing before kickoff.
8. Cancellation by FCnoise
FCnoise reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the season due to circumstances outside our control (weather, force majeure, regulatory issues, insufficient registrations). In such cases, refunds will be issued proportionally based on matches completed.
9. Intellectual property
All trademarks ("FCnoise", "CFL", "Corporate Fútbol League", "Finance Cup"), logos, photography, video, and design on this website are property of FCnoise LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCnoise's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or participation in the CFL Finance Cup is limited to the amount you paid in registration fees for the current season.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
